Stop The Steal

As we have reported, left-wing election deniers are working feverishly to steal the Pennsylvania Senate seat won by Republican David McCormick. They went so far as to approve the counting of illegal votes, including undated mail-in ballots, in the automatically mandated statewide recount.

This is an important issue, and not just for its obvious impact on the outcome of the Senate race. The state’s supreme court had already declared that it was illegal to count undated mail-in ballots.

But leftists don’t care about the rule of law. They only care about power, and they approved the counting of illegal votes in spite of the supreme court’s decision. 

In response, the Republican Party filed multiple lawsuits objecting to this blatant attempt to undermine our democratic process and overturn the election results. Even the left-wing Washington Post editorial board was outraged by the actions of Pennsylvania progressives, saying they were “corrosive to democracy.”

Well, there’s good news. Yesterday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court issued another decision declaring it was illegal to count undated ballots. The justices also ordered rogue election officials to comply with the decision.

After the court’s decision, Josh Shapiro, Pennsylvania’s Democrat governor, issued a statement saying, “Any insinuation that our laws can be ignored or do not matter is irresponsible and does damage to faith in our electoral process. The rule of law matters in Pennsylvania.”

Nice statement, but late, late, late!
