Jordan Issues Subpoenas

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan issued his first subpoenas Friday. They went to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray and Education Secretary Miguel Cardona. 

Jordan is demanding all documents and communications related to the Biden Administration’s efforts to target concerned parents at school board meetings as “domestic terrorists.” 

In one case, the FBI investigated a woman because she told a left-wing school board member up for reelection, “We’re coming for you.” Someone reported her to the FBI’s tip line for belonging to the group “Moms For Liberty” and for being a gun owner.

Exercising our First and Second Amendment rights should never result in FBI agents knocking on your door! This harassment of conservative citizens is not only a total waste of taxpayer resources, it’s political intimidation at its worst!
